Jason is a real estate investor, real estate broker, and has a long history working in the social work field. This combination of skills has allowed him to create a company that not only understands the needs of real estate investors, but the importance of putting people first. Jason was born and raised in Florida and spent his summers visiting his grandparents on Anna Maria Island. He has been able to see the community grow and enjoys helping others reach their goals. Jason enjoys spending time with his family, martial arts, and cooking. He also enjoys speaking with friends and acquaintances about the benefits of real estate, so never hesitate to contact him regarding real estate!
Terrence A. Garner – Business Development Manager
Terrence is the Business Development Manager for Gulf Income Properties. His role is to increase Gulf Income Propertiesโ top line revenue, as well as create growth opportunities for the company. The skills he has acquired from his experience in finance, real estate, and sales makes him a huge asset to the company. Terrence is very passionate about real estate investing and loves empowering clients about the possibilities with real estate investing. When Terrence isnโt talking real estate with investors, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, working out, and coaching basketball.
